Mental Health Problem Is Not a Disease

swahiliWisdom

Mental health is the state of being mentally, emotionally, and cognitively balanced. Many people, when they hear about mental health, start thinking about madness, etc., but that is not mental health.

There is a difference between mental health, mental health challenges, and mental illnesses (we said mental illnesses are not the same as mental health issues).

Having mental health does not mean you are crazy or have a problem; it means you are not emotionally, mentally, and cognitively well.
